Shipping Policy – Qimia Nutrition

 

1. General Shipping Information

At Qimia Nutrition, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.

 

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery: 1 to 3 business days within the UAE
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed the next business day
• Delivery Days: Sunday to Friday (excluding UAE public holidays)
• Delivery Hours: Between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

3. Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on orders above AED 300
• Orders below AED 300 will incur a flat fee of AED 25

4. Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is processed:

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link
• You can track your shipment via the courier's website or contact our support team at info@qimianutrition.com

5. Delivery Restrictions

• We only deliver within the UAE
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
• Remote areas may experience 1–2 extra business days for delivery

6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery
• After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to Qimia Nutrition and additional fees may apply for redelivery

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged, defective, or wrong item — please contact us at info@qimianutrition.com within 24 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the issue so we can evaluate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy
