Qimia Nutrition Return & Refund Policy
At QIMIA NUTRITION, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Due to the nature of our products — including supplements, protein bars, and health foods — we do not accept returns for non-defective or unwanted items, in line with food safety regulations.

 

Eligible Returns

We will accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The item is defective or compromised in quality upon delivery

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Products returned without prior notice or outside the 7-day window
  • Products that are not defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped

💸 Refund Method

Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 14 business days.
