According to your requirements, take up to 4 portions daily. Recommended is the consumption before your work-out or competition, immediately after your work-out and before bedtime.

Add one serving to 250 ml water, milk or preferred beverage and add 3-4 ice cubes. Blend for 20-30 seconds or until the drink reaches desired consistency.
Mix one serving with 250 ml water or cool, low-fat milk (fat content 1,5%).
