ALA 250 is the highest quality supplement containing 250 mg of alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) in one capsule. This ingredient is produced by the human body in small amounts. ALA has a high antioxidant potential. This translates into its ability to neutralize oxygen free radicals, which are a by-product of intensive metabolic changes.

Recommended daily allowance is 1 capsule 2 times a day preferably during a meal. Wash down with approx. 300 ml of water.
