TREC BCAA Sport is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules, the composition of which is based on branched chain amino acids with the addition of taurine, vitamin B6 and L-tyrosine. BCAA is nothing more than three amino acids: LEUCINE, VALINE AND ISOLEUCINE. Unfortunately, the human body cannot produce them on its own, which is why supplementation or supplying them with food is so important. Leucine inhibits the action of cortisol, which contributes to the breakdown of muscle tissue. In addition, participates in the formation of new proteins in the muscles, thanks to which muscle tissue can grow. Isoleucine and valine work similarly, however isoleucine reduces blood glucose levels.

BCAA amino acids act on the nervous system, lowering the level of serotonin in the brain, which causes fatigue and drowsiness. Reducing the feeling of fatigue allows you to perform longer and more intense training, which translates into better sports results. In addition, BCAAs inhibit catabolism, i.e. the breakdown of muscle tissue, and accelerate anabolism, i.e. the development of muscle mass. They have a positive effect on increasing endurance, efficiency and muscle strength, thanks to which you can achieve your sports goals in a shorter time. Vitamin B6 is responsible for the proper metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, which is important for active athletes. A single portion of the product - 3 capsules - drink 300 ml of water. Use 3 servings a day.

On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving 30 min. before training, third serving immediately after training.

On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving before going to bed.

Contraindications
