SUGGESTED USE

Dissolve a single portion of the product – 1.5 g (2 scoops) in 100 ml of water. Use 3 servings a day.

On training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second serving 30 min. before training, the third portion immediately after training.

On non-training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second serving between meals, third serving before going to bed.

The recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day is 4.5 g.
