PRODUCT OVERVIEW

CREATINE 100% contains creatine monohydrate powder. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

CREATINE 100% is also supplemented with vitamin C and sodium.

SUGGESTED USE

Application: Dissolve a single serving of the product - 5 g (1 scoop) in 250 ml of water or juice. Use 1 serving a day. On training days: 1 serving 30 min. before training or 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up or 1 serving before going to bed. The recommended daily portion of CREATINE 100% for consumption is 5 g.
