A little energy always comes in handy, before a workout, but even more so during. Our body's energy supply comes from calorigenic macronutrients (carbohydrate, protein and fat). Among the micronutrients, 1vitamin B6 and magnesium contribute to the normal energy-yielding metabolism, and these 2 active ingredients are also part of the Energy Gel formula. Among the other components, MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) is absorbed more quickly than long-chain fatty acids (LCT). In addition to MCT, the formula also contains simple and complex carbohydrates such as glucose, fructose and maltodextrin.

Next in line are 2taurine, which is a neurotransmitter, and L-carnitine, which is well known from products with various functions.
