L-CARNITINE COMPLEX contains a carefully selected composition of L-carnitine tartrate, chromium and vitamin B6. These ingredients increase the share of fat in energy production, regulate blood sugar levels and suppress appetite, leading to the reduction of unnecessary fat tissue. The preparation also has an energizing effect and prevents fatigue during long-term physical efforts. L-CARNITINE COMPLEXfacilitates weight control, accelerates fat burning and increases efficiency of athletes who train intensively and physically active people.

Recommended daily portion is 2 capsules.

Portion of the product wash down with approx. 300 ml water.

On workout days:

2 capsules 30 min. before workout.

On non-workout days:

twice a day, 1 capsule on each occasion, preferably 30 min. before your meal.
