ENDURANCE MARATHON | 400g

MARATHON is a multi-ingredient preparation supporting endurance. It contains creatine, which increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. MARATHON contains magnesium, potassium and calcium, which help in the proper functioning of muscles. In addition, MARATHON contains taurine, L-carnitine and a complex of B vitamins, including vitamins B6, B12, niacin and riboflavin, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. MARATHON is recommended for endurance athletes.

Recommended daily portion is 50 g.

Dissolve single serving of the product ‒ 25 g (4 scoops) in 500 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily, preferably before and during or after workout.

WARNINGS: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. The product may contain: milk, soybeans, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
