SUGGESTED USE

Recommended daily portion is 3 capsules.

Take a single serving of the product ‒ 3 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily, preferably during or immediately after a meal. It's recommended to take the product regularly for 6–8 weeks.

borage oil (Borago officinalis) [20% GLA (gamma-linoleic acid)]; capsule shell (gelatine, firming agent – glicerol); sunflower oil; flax seed oil (Linum usitatissimum) [50% ALA (alpha-linolenic acid)]; fish oil [18% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), 12% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)]; CLA (conjugated linoleic acid); vit. E (D-alpha-tocopherol).
