Brownies can be a real reward at the end of a stressful day and it’s a true challenge not to eat a whole pan of freshly baked brownies immediately!

If you are a big fan of this chocolate goody, then it is highly recommended to try out our special, reloaded brownie mix! It’s quick and easy to make a delicious sweet treat with our Protein Brownie baking mix, because you need only two other ingredients: oil and water. It’s gluten- and palm oil free!

It contains 12 g of protein mostly from hydrolysed collagen and whey proteins.** We are not saying you can eat an unlimited amount of it, but it fits perfectly into a balanced diet once or twice!

If you want to dive into indulgence, you can add some Zero Syrup or Protein Cream to your brownies, but you can also serve a classic brownie with our delicious Protein Ice Cream!

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix 1 serving (120 g = 6 heaped tablespoons) baking mix with 80 ml (= 8 tablespoons) water and 30 g (= 3 tablespoons) sunflower oil until you get a smooth texture. Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting. It can be made with coconut oil and butter, too.
