This protein pudding provides an optimal whey-casein blend with up to 84% (depending on the variety) high-quality protein. The short-chain whey provides your muscles with the essential amino acids in the shortest possible time. The long-chain casein ensures a steady, long-lasting amino acid level in the blood and guarantees a long-term supply of protein. Proteins contribute to an increase in muscle mass. Depending on the variety, the delicious pudding also contains just 2.6% carbohydrates and 1.6% fat. The lower carb pudding is a perfect low-sugar and low-fat dessert. Prepare and spoon away! Not only the values of our IronMaxx® Protein Pudding are strong, but also the preparation. Add 30g powder (approx. 2 ½ heaped tablespoons) and 200ml water or milk to the blender jug and shake for 20 seconds. Your perfect snack is ready!

The serving size is 2,5 tablespoons (30g).
