The Recovery Gel formula has also been enriched with some amino acids involved in the structural composition of proteins. By name: with a 2:1:1 ratio of BCAA (branched-chain amino acids), L-glutamine and L-lysine. Recovery Gel can also help replenish minerals and electrolytes lost through sweating. Among the product’s electrolytes, magnesium contributes to maintaining the body’s electrolyte balance and contributes to normal muscle functions.
