WHAT DOES RUNNER'S MULTIVITAMIN CONTAIN?

Glucosamine + hyaluronic acid + vitamin C, which help in the natural production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of cartilage and bone tissues;
Magnesium + manganese + zinc, which also contribute to good bone health;
B vitamins (vitamin B6, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B12), which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue;
Pantothenic acid and thiamine, which support the maintenance of proper energy metabolism.

A single serving of the product - 1 capsule - drink approx. 300 ml of water.
Use twice a day, preferably immediately after a meal.
