The gummies contain 9 vitamins, are sugar- and fat-free and cover the daily needs for selected vitamins (except Vitamin C (75%*RDI) and Vitamin A (50%*RDI)).

Candies in three different fruit flavours contain vitamins with the following positive health effects:

Vitamin C - is a powerful antioxidant, protects cells from oxidative stress, contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, psychological function and collagen formation.
Vitamin A - contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, vision, mucous membranes, iron metabolism and to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin D3 - contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal blood calcium levels.
